June 25th 2008 - "Your Next Step is Crucial"

I'm here to let you know. Where you step next? Is absolutely crucial you see life. Life will press on you. Life will shove you here and shove you there. Like it'll put you in that critical space. It'll put the squeeze on you.

So folks, I'm trying to tell you your next step is a crucial one.

It's like walking on a path. up the mountain

the path starts nice and comfortable.

The farther you go down the path. The narrow winter it becomes. The farther we travel the higher the path goes the higher we go the more dangerous the trail. The more dangerous the trail the more on guard we become. Are you traveling this trail of life? the path starts to get closer to the edge.

Have you been on that path?

Where it starts to crumble?

where the path has loose footing the adventure turns to fear

You see the enemy of your soul start you off on on this path. In his path in life that starts leading you away from your lord God he tells you how easy the passes. He shows you how why the passes he tells you how much Freedom you're going to have that much fun. You're going to have along this path. You can do anything you want on this path?

And then when you get to the end. You find out he's been lying to you.

You will see that your your next step. Is a crucial one? You see you'll be all bound up in sin. You will be in all the the pleasures of this world. You may be hooked a drug. You may be addicted to the bottle. You may be bound up in immorality. You'll be wearing the weight of the world on you.

Now you realized it wasn't worth. Going your own way. you see along the left side of the mountain. Along the left side of that path. It's wraps.

Along the right side of the mountain.

You've got the huge mountain side to hug.

one step in the wrong direction leads to destruction

one step in the right direction will lead you to safety. Your next step is crucial. You see some of us are walking with God and some of us are walking alone. Some of us think we're walking with God, but we're in here we have this church.

You have to make a decision.

As a church we need to decide. Whether we want to be your church a Bible Believers Church or truth declaring Church a God-fearing Church. a lost soul Stephen Church Put church with participating members.

a church Who comes more than 90 minutes a week? Is this a church or is this a social club?

Moses speaks of a prophecy in Deuteronomy 4 Moses is speaking to God's people. The way they do now, if you ever find that you've been corrupted by the things of the world if you ever discover that you are not in obedience to the word of God, if you ever find out that you have taken the wrong path way if you ever are doing evil. in the side of the almighty God

you see Moses said some things will happen to you as a people. And God will scatter you. You'll be in a big mess. What was the second you get to a place?

What are the other gods little G God's will influence you beware? That's a Dollar Tree. He said and I always be in the heart. Resume and it's an issue with the hearts. What was it says before you point your finger at Israel? Before you point your finger at them. We better look at our own lives first.

None of us here would serve a God made out of stone or wood would we? How about that green paper? They call money? Our relationship with God or idolatry is a matter of the heart people. Nobody can force you to believe in something you don't want to and that is a blessing with Christianity is it is a choice of Free Will whether you want to believe in your lord and savior or not. Nobody can make you backslide against your card.

Deuteronomy 4 verse 29 begins with four important words

but if from then in other words when you recognize that there is a Dollar Tree in your heart. Then there's something you could do about it. It's not the end, but it from that. Your next step is crucial. You see the enemy has invaded your ranks. What is from them? There's been an influence from other God, but it from then we have been corrupted with the things of the world. What if from this? We've done evil in the sight of the Lord. But it from then. We have provoked the Lord to anger, but it's from then you see people there's an out there's a way it's what happened in the past. We need to make the decision. What's your next step is crucial?

Maybe you recognize the situation you're in. I'm lost. I've never repented it away from God. I've allowed things to get it to my spirit. Where are you today people? I've done things that are wrong.

I can't even break the whole to send in my life right now. I've lost my relationship with God if you dressed it, and you recognized your condition your next step is crucial.

It's by a Wonderful Merciful active God you not realized and you're aware of your condition. If you receive that wake-up call if you recognize your dilemma, your next step is crucial. You might say Pastor. That's the Old Testament.

We're from there. You will seek the Lord your God and you will find him. Did you search after hit with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in a tribulation it when all those things come upon you in the latter days, you will receive the Lord your God and obey his voice. For the Lord God is a merciful god. He will not leave you he will not destroy who he will not forget his Covenant with your father's. You see the Bible says that in the latter days, if you just call upon his name I said, are you calling upon his name? Are you calling upon his name when you wake up in the morning. Are you calling a timeout when you know this morning? Are you calling upon his name when you put your head on the pillow and said Thank You Lord Roars, baby.

You see some people here on the clothes answer that path. I don't know where if you if you ever been when I was been on one of those Mountain Highway. When when when you're driving on the road, which is safe. And you look and you don't see no bottom. Well you see is Horizon.

Driving through these mountains of California. Oh boy. Was it scary? I don't know the highway with the car drops in everything siding bounces. It floats.

You see some people may be close to losing their soul.

One step in the wrong direction would mean destruction.

One step in the right direction and safety. Your next step is crucial. I don't know where each and every one of you are in your life. What are you on this Edge? Are you on this past? Are you driving walking realizing that I may be going in the wrong direction. I'm letting these things into my head at night. I'm letting these things in my head in the morning.

I'm telling you your next step is crucial. somebody here needs to say I'm saying somebody here needs to say I'm not going to step in that direction. I'm not going to step in the wrong direction. Somebody here needs to say the name of the Lord the Lord. I'm yours. Come take me to come stay with me. I need help.

2nd Chronicles 7:14 says it's my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their Wicked Ways. Then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive us our sins and heal their land. You may be hurting right now. You may be in trouble right now. Your next step is crucial take a step in the right direction towards Deliverance Victory. Turn the right direction towards safeties the right roads the right direction towards repentance. the old school way It's a Jesus. I'm going to call on you one more time. Today's a new day. Psalms 423 says keep my heart with all diligence. We're out of it are the issues of life.

The next step in your life is critical. walk in the right direction Jesus is knocking on the doors of people's hearts today. Jesus is knocking on the hearts of this church. Today. Jesus is knocking on the heart of someone who has never really repented to text. Jesus is not a person who has not received the Holy Ghost.

Jesus is not your hearts today.
